RaeLine Upholstery's multi-lay Gerber cutting machine can cut up to 1600mm wide and 25mm thick, with only .5mm tolerance!  Again all of our digitising is done in house to give you the service and attention needed to get the job completed to the highest standard.

 

The Gerber can cut all kinds of raw materials such as:

• Various fabrics – including foam backed fabric & vinyl, suede, industrial & commercial weighted fabrics.
• Foam – both closed and open cell
• Cardboard
• Kevlar
• Carpet
• Leather
