The KAB 65-K4 is the newest edition to the KAB range of heavy duty Air suspension seats for the mining and construction industry. It has been specifically designed for extended use in the most severe environments. The advanced design can eliminate up to 70% of harmful vibrations, offers reduced friction by up to 60% and a reduced spring rate of up to 40%. It is the only seat rated for a driver of 50kg to 200kg and is lap belt, 3 point belt and harness compatible.

165mm Vertical Suspension Stroke: This long suspension stroke incorporates a 60mm height adjustment (green zone). This means that there is a 50mm buffer either side of the green zone to protect you in the event of a heavy impacts. This 60mm mid-ride zone is the optimum vibration absorbtion zone and therefore is the reccommended ride position.
60mm Integral Height Adjustment: Provides the ability to adjust the seat height by a total of 60mm.
Ride Indicator: Provides a visual indicator which communicates the optimum ride position for each individual driver. When set in the green zone, this means that the suspension will provide a smoother ride and can absorb optimum levels of whole body vibration.
Backrest Recline: The ability to move your seat's backrest backward or more upright to accommodate your individual posture and comfort requirements.
50mm Cushion Length Adjustment: Provides the ability to adjust the cushion length inwards or outwards by up to 50mm with the simple push of a button. The benefit of this function is that it provides customized comfort across a range of operators.
Seat Cushion Angle Adjustment: Allows for the thigh area to be adjusted upwards and downwards so that you can find a seat position that suits your individual comfort needs.
Heater: Warms the seat and back cushions.
